Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Anello.io ("Anello", "we", "us") — the public site, the trading app, and the API behind them. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What Anello is — and isn't
Anello is a non-custodial interface for automating trading on Hyperliquid: you configure a strategy (such as a grid bot), and Anello places and manages the resulting orders on Hyperliquid on your behalf.
Anello is not an exchange, broker, custodian, money transmitter, or investment adviser. Every order executes on Hyperliquid, under Hyperliquid's own terms and rules. We don't hold your funds and we can't move them.
2. Non-custodial agent wallets
Your wallet stays yours. To run a bot, you approve an agent wallet on Hyperliquid — a separate key that may sign orders for your account but can never withdraw or transfer funds. Agent wallet keys are managed by our authentication provider, Privy; we never have access to your main wallet's private keys. You can revoke the agent's approval on Hyperliquid at any time.
3. Fees
Two fees apply when bots trade: Hyperliquid's own trading fee on every fill (at your wallet's fee tier), and Anello's builder fee, charged through Hyperliquid's builder-code mechanism. Our current builder fee is 0.01% on each perp fill, both buy and sell, and 0.02% on spot sell fills only. Spot buy fills carry no Anello builder fee. Current rates are always shown in the app before you start a bot and documented in the help centre. We may change our fee with notice on this site; changes never apply retroactively.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may only use Anello if you are of legal age where you live, and if using it is legal there. It is your responsibility to determine whether automated crypto trading is lawful in your jurisdiction; we don't offer the service to anyone subject to sanctions or located where doing so would be unlawful.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, probe or circumvent its security, use it for unlawful activity, or interfere with other users' bots.
5. Not financial advice
Nothing on Anello — previews, estimates, defaults, documentation, or anything else — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Strategy configuration and every trading decision are yours alone.
6. Trading risk
Automated trading can lose money, including a substantial part of what you commit to it. Grid strategies in particular accumulate inventory when price falls through the range and hold it at a loss until price returns — a correctly functioning bot does not remove market risk. Automation also executes your configuration exactly: a wrong range or size trades exactly as configured. Read the risk documentation before running anything, start small, and never trade money you can't afford to lose.
Past performance, backtests, or simulated results do not guarantee future results.
7. Availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It depends on third parties we don't control — Hyperliquid, Privy, and hosting infrastructure — and we don't guarantee uptime, order placement, or that bots keep running through outages of those services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services, blockchain congestion, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anello is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Anello in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse of these terms. You can stop using Anello at any time: stop your bots in the app and, if you want, revoke the agent wallet's approval on Hyperliquid.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Intellectual property
Anello and its software, interfaces, text, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by Anello or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
